Grilled Basa Fillet with Asparagus

lemon and parsley butter, new potatoes and vegetables

Basa is a tender white fish not unlike Sea Bass 7.50

  3. Sorry YS, basa is nothing like sea bass except in cooked colour - it tends to the insipid, even tasteless

  5. Chicken or fish? Raspberry or lemon? Your staff would have hated serving me as I dithered. By the way, perhaps the cod was less popular because of the sides with it. I love a good risotto, but the options with the basa would have swung me in that direction for sure.
